Applied 56 terminology, style, and consistency corrections to the Polish
translation file for Obsidian Web Clipper.
Key changes:
- Provider: replaced all instances of "Operator/Operatorzy" with
"Dostawca/Dostawcy" across 26 occurrences in 18 keys, aligning with
standard Polish software localization
- Interpreter: replaced "Tłumacz/tłumacza" with "Interpreter" (kept as
proper noun per product terminology) in 4 keys
- Prepend/Append actions: changed "Zapisz na początku/końcu w dzienniku"
to "Dodaj na początku/końcu dziennika" for natural Polish phrasing
- Shortcuts: added missing comma after "skróty klawiszowe" in 5 keys
(Brave, Chrome, Default, Edge, Firefox) — required by Polish grammar
before subordinate clauses
- Capitalization: fixed lowercase "przetwarzanie" → "Przetwarzanie" and
"analizowanie" → "Analizowanie" (UI status labels should be capitalized)
- Legacy mode: "kompatybilny z" → "zgodny z" (natural Polish equivalent)
- Legacy mode label: "Tryb klasyczny" → "Tryb starszy" (accurate
translation of "Legacy")
- propertyTypeNumber: "Numer" → "Liczba" ("Numer" means an identifier,
"Liczba" correctly means a numeric value)
- resetDefaultTemplate: "Resetuj" → "Zresetuj" (perfective aspect,
consistent with other action buttons)
- resetProvidersAndModels: "Zresetuj domyślne modele" → "Zresetuj
dostawców i modele" (matches the key name and resets both)
- readerColorLinks: "Koloruj linki" → "Koloruj łącza" (consistent with
pl.txt terminology)
- recommended: "rekomendowane" → "Zalecane" (standard Polish term)
- commandOpenClipper: "Otwórz schowek Obsidian" → "Otwórz Obsidian Web
Clipper" (product name, not clipboard)
- shortcutNotSet: "Nie ustawione" → "Nie ustawiono" (impersonal form,
grammatically correct in Polish UI context)
- highlightSelection: "Podświetl" → "Wyróżnij" (consistent with
"Wyróżnienia" used throughout the file)
- templateTriggersDescription: "na linię" → "na wiersz" (correct Polish
term for a line of text in a text editor context)
- addVaultPlaceholder: "Kliknij enter" → "Kliknij Enter" (Enter
capitalized as key name; "Kliknij" preferred over "Naciśnij" to
accommodate both physical and touch input)
- failedToInitialize: added missing error context "Nie udało się
uruchomić." before the retry instruction
- failedToSave, failedToSaveFile, failedToResetProviders: added missing
trailing periods for consistency
- interpret: "wyślij zapytanie" → "Wyślij zapytanie" (action label,
should be capitalized)
