You can work with the notebooks (.ipynb) in the NMFS JupyterHub.
https://nmfs-openscapes.2i2c.cloud/ This one has a persistent user directory. Request Access (NOAA only). You will need a GitHub username. You will get an invite via email from 'nmfs-openscapes'. Accept that to get access to the hub.
- Go to https://nmfs-openscapes.2i2c.cloud/
- Login with your GitHub account
- Click Start on the Server Options. You can choose more RAM under Resources if you need it.
- Clone the hyperdawg repo (only do this once). On the Launcher tab, Click the Terminal button.
- Type in the following
cd ~
git clone https://github.com/ocean-satellite-tools/hyperdawg
- Now you can click on the hyperdawg folder. Click on notebooks (.ipynb) to open them.
