MikroORM v7 has been released: https://mikro-orm.io/blog/mikro-orm-7-released
It involves a lot of breaking changes.

@octet-stream I'm not sure if you want to have a separate branch for the v6 and v7 adapters.
Thus I'm not providing any changeset or version bump with this PR.
