- update CI config
- update some out-of-date paths
- update to python 3.10
- update dbt to 1.7
- update dbt package constraints and add lockfile
- replace Databricks adapter with DuckDB adapter (so it can run in CI)
- update project structure and Makefile to be compatible with dbt 1.7
