This is a preparatory commit to improve the lint output, especially when linting more than 1 package.
Instead of constructing the relative paths to display to the user in msg_of_error, we use relative paths in the error itself.
When running `opam-ci-check lint`, the output is now grouped by package names by default to make it easier to read for humans. The machine readable output used in CI can be obtained by passing an additional `--machine-readable` flag.
