Description
This PR completes the tidy up of the move of lifecycle statuses to the enum attributes. The operationalStatus (enum OperationalStatus) is no longer needed in the DeployedOn and SoftwareServerCapability relationships. This PR removes the enum and updates the content packs so it is no longer used.

Updates the resourceName of OMAG servers so they only include the organization name if it is specified.
