Description
This PR adds the REST API operations for the Product Manager, Notification Manager and Digital Business APIs. In addition is adds the
addMyProfileoperation to the My Profile API.Extracts from swagger
Related Issue(s)
There are some updates to the HTTP client collection for Subject Area API which were a little confused.
Testing
Simple regression. The new API operaitons will be tested in due course.

Note that the operations for Product Manager OMVS have been moved from Collection Manager's API and the
/collectionspart of the URL has been removed and the urlMarker fixed toproduct-manager.
