Reviewed the Docker base image bump. python:3.14-slim resolves and starts (Python 3.14.6), git diff --check origin/dev...HEAD is clean, and a fresh container install of requirements.txt completed successfully, including the native wheels for pydantic-core, SQLAlchemy/greenlet, numpy, onnxruntime/fastembed, lxml, cryptography, bcrypt, grpcio, and related deps.
