🔐 Hello, I'm Francis Mendoza

Cybersecurity Software Engineer | Applied Cryptography | Distributed Systems

Building secure systems for cryptography, resilient distributed systems, and critical infrastructure.

I am a first-authored IEEE & ACM published researcher, having done research in cybersecurity for resilient networks, cyber-physical systems, and SCADA/OT critical infrastructure.

Currently, I do systems programming at Keyfactor, writing highly-performant, correct cryptographic library code for Bouncy Castle, which has 100+ million aggregate downloads across its various distributions.
