Add initial interfaces to auth foundation and okta-direct-auth
Add tests to verify implementation
Implementation of DirectAuthTokenRequest. Network call to authenticate in start request.
Added oobResponseAsState extension to process out-of-band authentication API responses. Updated error handling for OOB and token responses, supporting OAuth2 and API errors. Introduced polling context for OOB authentication flow.
Implemented tests for MFA required scenarios, including OOB, OTP, and WebAuthn challenges and resume flows. Added handling for cancellation and internal errors during MFA challenge and resume. Verified correct state transitions for various MFA factors and responses.
