Some documentation still needs to be updated (e.g., the docs directory and the challenge description), but the code base has been updated to reflect the future changes to the docs.

Jordan's crash course Odo updates.
* Update DTN reference. Add external tool notes on regex.

* Password_in_a_Haystack update Summit reference to Frontier.

* Jobs_in_Time_Window Update timing so that there are jobs completed in window on Odo

* MPI_Basics cover changes through Point-to-Point

* MPI_Basics update batch files to use 2025 project

* MPI_Basics update path for bcast example

* Password_in_a_Haystack update Ascent reference to Odo.

* OpenMP_Basics change project in batch scripts, update references to be Odo first.

* OpenMP_Basics Update references to hands-on course, add example for memory unsafety.

* OpenMP_Basics fix new module makefiles

* GPU_Profiling Update README.md so to explain the newly output stats files. Update batch scripts to use new project.

* Updated jobs in time to feb 2025
