Switches to UltraHonk by default. Introduces
flavorconfig variable. Supported values areultra_keccak_honk(default),ultra_plonkor both as an array. Solidity verifiers are generated according to theflavorset in the config.Minimum supported bb.js version is 0.67.0 due to
ultra_keccak_honkproof generation introduction only in that version: AztecProtocol/aztec-packages#10489.
