- Update logo colors: lighter circle (#2a5580 → #3d6a99), lighter bolt outline (#1e3d5a) - Add shared CSS palette (palette.css) with light/dark mode support - Update landing page with accurate content from IDEA.md - Add feature icons (refresh, target, rocket) - Update "What is Heroshot?" to focus on visual fidelity, not regression testing - Update tagline: "Define once, regenerate forever" - Update welcome.html to use CSS variables for light/dark mode - Fix nav: Docs | Guides | CLI | GitHub | NPM - Update CLI docs with correct commands - Update footer to "© 2026 Heroshot"
