Are we still building Python 2.7 packages for openmm-dev?

I re-triggered a Jenkins build in case it might succeed next time.

Really sorry about this, but we've been unable to figure out what is wrong with the binstar uploads. The latest news from continuum was that there might be a fix coming in the next epic:
