🧭 Quick Return to Map
You are in a sub-page of Chatbots & CX.
To reorient, go back here:
- Chatbots & CX — customer dialogue flows and conversational stability
- WFGY Global Fix Map — main Emergency Room, 300+ structured fixes
- WFGY Problem Map 1.0 — 16 reproducible failure modes
Think of this page as a desk within a ward.
If you need the full triage and all prescriptions, return to the Emergency Room lobby.
Use this page when your CX workflow runs on Freshdesk or Freddy AI bots and you see unstable retrieval, broken JSON replies, ticket field drift, or agent handoff loops. The checks below localize the failing layer and jump to the exact WFGY fix page.

- ΔS(question, retrieved) ≤ 0.45
- Coverage to target section ≥ 0.70
- λ remains convergent across three paraphrases and two seeds
- E_resonance flat on long windows
-
Measure ΔS
Compute ΔS(question, retrieved) and ΔS(retrieved, expected anchor).
Stable < 0.40, transitional 0.40–0.60, risk ≥ 0.60. -
Probe λ_observe
Vary k in retrieval and reorder prompt headers. If λ flips, lock the schema and clamp variance with BBAM. -
Apply the module
- Retrieval drift → BBMC + Data Contracts
- Reasoning collapse → BBCR bridge + BBAM, verify with Logic Collapse
- Dead ends in long dialogues → BBPF alternate paths
- Verify
Coverage ≥ 0.70 on three paraphrases and λ convergent on two seeds.
-
Ticket field drift between forms, automations, and bot tools. Enforce strict argument schemas for every tool and echo the schema before use.
Open: Data Contracts -
Webhook storms or duplicate executions when tickets reopen or status changes bounce. Add idempotency keys and a warm up fence.
Open: Bootstrap Ordering -
High similarity but wrong article pulled from KB or solution articles. Check metric mismatch and fragmented stores.
Open: Embedding ≠ Semantic, Vectorstore Fragmentation -
HyDE plus BM25 split causing unstable top k order after reruns. Lock query stages and use deterministic rerankers.
Open: Query Parsing Split, Rerankers -
Agent handoff stalls or memory collisions when bot writes partial notes. Split namespaces and fence writes with
mem_revandmem_hash.
Open: Multi-Agent Problems -
Safety or policy refusal hides the cited snippet inside bot answers. Use citation first prompting and unlock symbolic constraints.
Open: Retrieval Traceability, SCU Pattern
- Three paraphrase probe. Ask the same ticket question three ways. If ΔS stays high or λ flips on harmless paraphrases, clamp with BBAM and harden snippet schema.
- Anchor triangulation. Compare ΔS to the expected article section and to a decoy. If close for both, re-chunk and re-embed.
- Chain length audit for long CX playbooks. If entropy rises after 25–40 steps, split the plan and re join with a BBCR bridge.
Open: Context Drift, Entropy Collapse
-
Index or metric mismatch across KB spaces or languages. Rebuild with the semantic chunking checklist and verify with a small gold set.
Open: Embedding ≠ Semantic, Chunking Checklist -
Cold boot or first call crash after deploy. Check secrets, version skew, and adapter order.
Open: Pre-deploy Collapse, Deployment Deadlock -
Live instability for busy queues. Add live probes and regression gates.
Open: Live Monitoring for RAG, Debug Playbook
You have TXTOS and the WFGY Problem Map loaded.
My Freshdesk issue:
* symptom: \[brief]
* traces: ΔS(question,retrieved)=..., ΔS(retrieved,anchor)=..., λ states across 3 paraphrases
Tell me:
1. which layer is failing and why,
2. the exact WFGY page to open from this repo,
3. the minimal steps to push ΔS ≤ 0.45 and keep λ convergent,
4. how to verify the fix with a reproducible test.
Use BBMC, BBPF, BBCR, BBAM when relevant.
