Fix the source of LibreOffice

Description

This pull request updates the LibreOffice installation source and version in the Dockerfile.openEuler. The change ensures that the Docker image uses a newer and more reliable LibreOffice package.

Dependency update:

• Updated the LibreOffice download URL and version from 25.8.1 to 25.8.2.2 in the RUN command of Dockerfile.openEuler to use the official Document Foundation archive, improving reliability and ensuring the latest fixes are included.
