Description

  • Added installation of NPU drivers and dependencies in Dockerfiles for multimodal embedding, vdms-dataprep, vlm microservices.
  • Updated Docker Compose files to allow dynamic mounting of DRI and accelerator devices based on environment variables.
  • Introduced environment variable checks in setup scripts to configure DRI and accelerator paths based on system availability.
  • Enhanced setup scripts to allow independent device configuration for embedding and detection components.
  • Updated user documentation to reflect new device configuration options and usage instructions.
  • Improved logging and output messages in setup scripts for better clarity on device configurations.
