[IRD] Documentation for MLOps for multi-instance helm and removing model registry reference in docker-compose

Description

• Added documentation for "MLOps using model download" in the deploy-multi-instance-with-helm doc for all four IRD apps
• Removed AppName: "ModelRegistry" and ENABLE_HTTPS_MODE: ${ENABLE_HTTPS_MODE} from docker-compose.yaml
• Fixed model source path in the payload.json for all the MLOps using Model download section in deploy-with-helm doc for all four IRD apps
