[Metro AI Suite] IBVS: Add reverse proxy for IBVS docker deployment

Description

This PR has changes for reverse proxy (nginx) server with IBVS.

Fixes # https://jira.devtools.intel.com/browse/ITEP-77082

Any Newly Introduced Dependencies

No new third party dependency introduced

How Has This Been Tested?

Verified all the functionalities of IBVS

• Analyze stream / Stop analysis works fine
• Upload image / capture frame works fine
• Clear database works fine
• RTSP stream via VLC media player works fine
• MilvusUI is accessible and can see entries of feature vectors
• Swagger docs for featurematching works fine
