component_ignore.yaml is used to ignore undetected version in BDBA that is not used in actual components. - Add override version for paho_mqtt_c. As part of hookos replacement, for EMT Tink image, add tink-worker rpm to support all Tink-actions in ITEP workflow.
With tink-worker service, we only need containerd to run all Tink-actions.

Able to run ITEP workflow Tink-actions in tinker-bell locally
