- defined new yaml file based on existing edge-image-rt-dev.json file. - configured user name and included hostname - corrected the kernel parameter to have logs inline with existing artifactory raw image. Signed-off-by: Unniche, BasavarajX <basavarajx.unniche@intel.com>

How Has This Been Tested?
Built the image with os-image-composer tool with below command and loaded to dell platform.
sudo -E ./os-image-composer build --verbose image-templates/emt3-x86_64-emf-rt-dev-raw.yml
Raw image loaded to Dell platform and able to login succesfully.
