Description
Any Newly Introduced Dependencies
sgdisk is required on the host since updated the imagedisc.go to use sgdisk to create gpt partition.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested on rcl-minimal image config, added partition index 14 and 15, built it and tested for the indexing logic and replicated index avoidance part of the code. Tested building mbr partition too to make sure the change doesn't affect mbr. The image is bootable and customized partitions exist in the final image.
