[DOCS] Auto-calibration - pre-publish reorganisation

📝 Description

Pre-publishing reorganisation effort for the Auto-calibration microservice:

• moved Auto-calibration documentation to the main documentation folder (replacing placeholder index.md in the new path)
• left a placeholder README behind at the old path
• removed redundant toc.rst and index.rst
• created a node Microservices article, to be successively fleshed out as more microservices are reorganised
• fixed and updated some refs across the some other SceneScape documentation articles
