Root visual-noise reduction: SUPPORT.md content moves to a Support section in CONTRIBUTING.md; BRAND.md content moves to Brand sections in README.md/README.zh.md; the public-docs integrity gate drops SUPPORT.md from its community-file list. No content is lost; docs:truth green locally.
