Scans all of www for theme hardcodes and eliminates them in favor of open-props tokens and the vite.config.ts alias layer: vinyl hex colors and display/font-size literals moved to named tokens (--vinyl-, --font-size-micro/tiny/lede/overline/article-title/display-), hardcoded font-family replaced with var(--font-mono), dead .btn-primary/.btn-secondary/.btn-text CSS deleted (zero usage sites), the last raw pre in architecture.tsx migrated to open-code-block (gains Prism highlighting + Copy). Adds tools/check-www-theme-tokens.ts (+tests) enforcing hex/font-family/font-size literals stay out of www/app, wired as www:check-theme-tokens into deno.json and AutoFlow GATES (dev/push/ci/release, triggered on www/app, vite.config, token source). Verification: gate green, full suite 946/946, autoflow+gate tests 60/60, deno task build green incl. artifact truth, home page pixel-identical, architecture panel renders through the real component.
