- foundations: vendored Instrument Serif, --font-serif token, squared control geometry reaching open-button/open-input via --ui-control-radius - homepage: full v4 rewrite (kinetic mono+serif hero, spec strip, standards marquee, outlined indices, violet flood DSD scene, L/I/V/O islands, typographic output rows, serif Begin); vinyl stage retired - hero: title column hard-capped (fixes the live clipping bug) plus a title-accent serif slot - inner pages: guide editorial shell with section styles + sidenotes, architecture with real node-edge package graph, apilist registry table, roadmap square-node timeline with bump-maintained current anchor, changelog release registry, magazine blog, docs library index, contributing spec checklist, outlined 404 - fixes found in flight: changelog walk-up so the body renders in the SSG bundle (was the fallback in production), 404 locale fallback to en, open-code-block radius-2 - verification: 946 unit tests, full chromium e2e 159/159, 240 visual baselines re-recorded, build + artifact truth, theme-token gate
