- www-truth: build the retired-prerelease pattern from PREVIOUS_PACKAGE_VERSION when the current version is stable (the guard silently disabled itself post-stable) - strategic-docs + version-anchors tests: stable-safe fixtures (no alpha-only assumptions about PACKAGE_VERSION)
