Renames UserListAdapter to HealthListAdapter to better reflect its usage within the health feature. Updates references in MyHealthFragment, TeamTaskFragment, and BaseDashboardFragment.
Renames UserListAdapter to UserSelectionAdapter to better reflect its usage across multiple features (Health, Teams, Dashboard) for user selection tasks. Updates references in MyHealthFragment, TeamTaskFragment, and BaseDashboardFragment.
