Balcones support odyssey OCMB targets. For supporting cfam and scom operations, we need to add a backend device tree. This adds the FSI and PIB targets needed for OCMB hw access Tested the ecmdquery chips, getscom and getcfam commands. Signed-off-by: deepakalak <[email protected]>
