It looks like even though the newly named no-auth image gets built, it doesn't get published onto https://github.com/orgs/open-rmf/packages?tab=packages&q=. I'm wondering if it requires additional permissions. What do you think @akash-roboticist?

The package needed to be made "public" - done, and it is visible under https://github.com/orgs/open-rmf/packages?ecosystem=container . This is org level though, let me figure out how to move it to repo level packages.

I have manually connected the images to this repo, per documentation though, we need to add

LABEL org.opencontainers.image.source https://github.com/OWNER/REPO

to the dockerfile, for the image to automatically show up under the repo.

Thanks! I'm not sure if you'd like to test more things out, so I'll leave it to you to merge this PR then
