Description

• Removed module go.opentelemetry/otel/semconv v1.25.0 in pkg/translator/azure to use the latest semantic convention in v1.38.0.
• Changed the convention key from NetSockPeerAddrKey to NetworkPeerAddressKey.

Testing

All unit tests were ran locally and passed.

I don't think that version is available as a go module - anyway, it's possible to update later.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I checked the online docs and only v1.38.0 is available as a go module: otel/semconv.
When v1.39.0 is available as a go module, can link me to the Issue and I can perform the semantics conversion version upgrade. 🙏🏻
