Hi,
I recently tried to plot a couple of interchromosomal regions but didn't want to write my own code. Conveniently
coolerhas ashowsubcommand that had just the right functionality for my needs except it only allowed me to use the'weight'column. I know it is standard behaviour to save balancing weight in theweightcolumn but I ran multiple balancing algorithms and all put in a column that holds the algorithms name so just using'weights'did not cut it. I therefore added a CLI option which let's the user select the weight column and thought this may be a useful addition to the cooler CLI hence the pull request.Thanks for the nice framework and all the best,
