Description

This PR introduces the following updates:

• Feature: Added infinite horizontal scroll animation via ScrollVelocity component.
• Fix: Resolved slug creation error for titles containing spaces. GAZ-180

Changes

• Added new motion component: scroll-velocity.tsx
• Implemented infinite horizontal scrolling effect for text banners.
• Fixed slug generation logic to handle spaced titles correctly.
• Updated affected components and data mappings.
