This PR updates the deployment documentation to reflect the actual
hostnamesand ingress configuration currently used by Mifos Gazelle.While reviewing the deployment flow, I noticed that parts of the Accessing Deployed Applications and
Kibanasections indocs/MIFOS-GAZELLE-README.mdhad drifted from the values configured in src/environmentSetup/environmentSetup.shand Helm ingress definitions. This could cause confusion for contributors and first-time users trying to access deployed services locally.
