Motivation

• Bump the project and runtime package version to 1.0.2 for a new release.

Description

• Updated version in pyproject.toml to 1.0.2 and updated __version__ in src/gabriel/_version.py to 1.0.2.

Testing

• No automated tests were run because this is a metadata-only change; changes committed and PR prepared.
