I traced this grouped Action bump against Fence's pinned-workflow and release-provenance invariants.

Every actions/checkout occurrence across the eight changed workflows moves from the exact v7.0.0 SHA to the exact v7.0.1 SHA while preserving the existing ref, fetch-depth, path, and persist-credentials settings. The release workflow's provenance step similarly moves only actions/attest-build-provenance from the v4.1.0 pin to v4.1.1; the subject-path: release-assets/* boundary and surrounding release flow are unchanged.

I also checked the PR head's workflow results: lint, test, build, acceptance, integration, Action acceptance, and nightly all completed successfully. I don't see a repository-specific compatibility, hermeticity, or release-provenance blocker in this update.
