Design hold
This draft describes a separate beta download, but that migration is under revision. Requiring existing consumers to change download URLs can remove APIs from their generated clients. Do not merge this README change merely because additional files become available.
For #562, we are evaluating a complete specification at the existing download URL with canonical paths and explicit beta access requirements. Generated-client compatibility must be demonstrated before selecting the replacement and rewriting this README.
The current diff is retained as an explored approach. Its Markdown and link checks do not establish acceptance of the migration or publication of any new artifact. The underlying issue remains open.
