The introduction of Saint-Hyacinthe—Bagot—Acton was as a new name for Saint-Hyacinthe—Bagot and yielded no other changes, so it should be sameAs the latter.

I think you probably need to make the change in another file, as I'm pretty sure country-ca.csv gets overwritten.
