fix(TaxForm): handling of NFFE status

I filled out the Tax Form but I noticed that some of the info that I put in your website form were not updated in the document. For instances, you ask if the company is active or passive, I chose active. But the checkbox for it, in Part I section V is not marked in the document. Also the part XXV. Could you please check if there is anything wrong?
