• This release is primarily dependency updates for compatibility with datacube v1.9 and python 3.10+
• sentinel_l1_prepare cli requires new ODCConfig object rather than LocalConfig, but otherwise there should be little, if any, impact on general usage. For more information on ODCConfig, see the datacube documentation.
• Version number has skipped to 1.9 to be in alignment with datacube-core and other libraries.
