Description of change

This MR address changes required in Moodle module to add mod_ prefix in webservice functions.
The MR for changes required in openEQUELLA: !1245

TESTING

1. After the fix the Moodle is happy with the plugin naming of webservice function:

2. I tested this in integration with openEQUELLA and all the service functions are working as before. I tested on Moodle Connector page where we test the web service connection, and also tested this on item summary page where we use call many webservice functions (Find Uses, Add to external system)

I'm happy with these changes, BUT...

Seeing that this change would impact what versions of the moodle module are supported it's been decided that we will hold off on making the matching change in the moodle module until after 1.3.3 is released. That is, this fix is now targetted for moodle module 1.3.4 with oEQ 2026.1.
