We'll get back to improve this, but right now we really need to unblock the rest of the team with the new API.
By creating the '-adminuser' secret we have a generic way of getting the admin user credentials regardless of the DB engine type.

By creating a generic
<dbname>-adminusersecret, we can access/change the admin user credentials in the same way regardless of the DB engine type.
