We can't possibly add AI generated logo for partners, let alone countries. We should have the real ones

- Added official logos for NGI, DRG4Food, French Republic/AIC, and DIVINFOOD - Replaced AI-generated logos with authentic images from partner websites - All logos downloaded from official sources and properly attributed

Summary
This PR adds four new partners to the partners page as requested in #571:
NGI Search
DRG4Food
AIC/DINUM
DIVINFOOD
I also standardized all the logo sizes to 200px width since some were displaying inconsistently.

Notes for Maintainers
The logo files are in the partner_logos/ folder. They'll need to be uploaded to the static server at https://static.openfoodfacts.org/images/misc/. Once uploaded, let me know if you want me to update the HTML to reference the static URLs instead of the local paths.
