Add a way to get the origins of the ingredients in the ingredients tab
- In some cases, the OCR fails or there are no recycling instructions.
- Add a helper to input the recycling instructions manually

- https://static.openfoodfacts.org/data/taxonomies/packaging_shapes.json
- The tab would be triggered if labels were empty or if "en:no-environmental-labels" is not in labels.
- It would add the ticked labels values to labels
- It would add "No Environmental Labels" if the user ticks the "No environmental labels" box
