Please rewrite the commit history to include the previous version l, the new version, the module updated, as well as links to the changelog and code diff of the module.
This is not optional, please refer to older commit messages for an example in the same files.
Bumped urllib3 dependency from 2.5.0 to 2.6.3 to stay secure Changelog: https://urllib3.readthedocs.io/en/2.6.3/changelog.html No breaking changes or migrations need to be done
