- enalbed risc-v C extension - binutils bumped from 2.38 to 2.40 - linux headers bumped from 6.3 to 6.6
- gcc bumped from 12 to 13 - binutils bumped from 2.40 to 2.41 - Keeping linux headers at 6.6 for now
- binutils bumped to 2.42
