This pull request introduces a new pull request template to the repository, aimed at standardizing and improving the quality of PR submissions.
Improvements to pull request workflow:
.github/pull_request_template.mdto provide a structured format for PR descriptions, change types, related issues, detailed change lists, test configuration, screenshots, checklist, and additional notes.
