This PR adds essential setup and deployment files for the openmrs-module-fhir2 project:
QUICK_START.md – Quick start guide for setting up the module.
docker-compose.yml – Docker Compose configuration for running the module.
auto-deploy.sh – Automated deployment script.
deploy.sh – Manual deployment script.
docker_install.log – Log file capturing Docker installation details.
These additions will help streamline the development and deployment process, making it easier to set up the project locally and on servers.
