updating package-lock.json to have vite 5.4.17

It's possible that whatever is being used to complete this isn't in the new version of nodejs. We could try to hire someone to specifically fix this as I feel like it would take me a long time to figure it out. I would say if we hire someone, we be very specific about fixing exactly this and keep the contract super small. |

looks like this avoids some of the nasty breaking changes that we got a couple of months ago
on the other hand, "failed to fetch user credit" error has come back
