"Community Engagement" sounds like an odd use of the term in this instance. Let's leave it at Community Resources.

Can we edit this to be more in-line with what is already stated in the Charter and Guidelines doc:

"User Groups are community-driven meetups, or recurring gatherings who discuss OpenSearch topics, share knowledge, present related solutions, and network with the wider open source community."
